Our products are produced on demand based on the order criteria received.  We make every effort to accurately describe the items that we sell based off of our supplier’s information that we receive.  We cannot be held liable for incorrect data that is either received through the order or from our supplier.  For this reason, returns and exchanges are not possible due to wrong color, size or item ordered, etc.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason (e.g. damaged item), we will make every effort to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
